You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any purchase for a full refund. No restocking fees, no questions asked.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and the IGI grading certificate. We inspect every return to verify condition before processing the refund.
Email mark@studsdirect.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging with the IGI certificate. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at the specified carrier location. Return shipping is free.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Want a different size, carat weight, or metal? We're happy to exchange. Contact us at mark@studsdirect.com and we'll work out the details. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
All exchange pieces maintain our same standard: VVS1 clarity, D-E color, IGI certified, 14K solid gold.
Custom orders: Custom and specially sourced pieces are final sale. We'll confirm this before processing your order. Standard catalog items are always returnable within 30 days.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at mark@studsdirect.com with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost or provide a full refund — your choice. Expedited replacement shipping is on us.
