Processing times begin the next business day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Every order ships with full tracking and insurance. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on order value.
All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
Every package includes:
• Your jewelry piece in branded packaging
• IGI grading report (physical certificate) for every diamond
• Care instructions
• Return slip (in case you need it)
The certificate ships with the piece, not separately. You won't be waiting weeks for documentation to arrive.
Signature required: Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery for insurance purposes. If you won't be available to sign, you can authorize a release through your carrier's website.
